We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance. For weddings and large group events, 2-4 weeks ahead is ideal to ensure vehicle and driver availability. Same-day requests are accommodated when possible.
Rates vary by vehicle, duration, and event type. Airport transfers are point-to-point flat rates. Hourly charters have a minimum of 2 hours. Contact us for a custom quote. We’re transparent about pricing with no hidden fees.
Yes. When you submit your reservation, you can specify your preferred vehicle. We’ll confirm availability and suggest alternatives if needed. Popular vehicles book early for weekend dates.
Hourly charters include your dedicated professional driver, fuel, all tolls and parking fees, and complimentary water. Add-ons like champagne service, floral arrangements, or event signage are available on request.
Gratuity is not included in the base rate and is at your discretion. Our drivers are professionals and a standard 15-20% gratuity is appreciated but never required.
