TERMS & CONDITIONS: Luxury Limousine & Town Car

 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

 

BY USING THIS SITE YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE.

 

Reservations:
It’s recommend that our clients reserve the car ahead of time to be able to reserve a vehicle for pick up. Luxury Limo’s & Town Car will honor any reservation made online no less than 24 hours before pick-up time. For a reservation within 24 hours of pick up must be made by phone to confirm availability. All reservations confirmed via email 24 hours before pick time are guaranteed only if a response is sent back from Luxury Limousine & Town Car,  however we cannot guarantee you availability when you call within a 24 hour notice.

 

* Luxury Limousine & Town Car monitor all domestic and international flights, billing starts after grace period allowed from the official time of arrival (ETA). Grace periods are 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights.

 

*For train station pick-ups, train schedules can't be monitored. Therefore, billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time.

 

No Shows:

 

If you do not see or hear from your driver at your pick up point do leave without notifying dispatch (Call # on your confirmation, if reservation is made online then number will be provided in the confirmation email). If you leave without calling you will be billed for the full price of the ride. If we do not hear from you, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes at regular pickups and up to 30 minutes for domestic flights and 60 for international flights. If your flight is delayed please notify us by calling the number provided on the confirmation. If we do not get a response within the grace period we will release the car and bill you for a “No Show” which is the full price of the ride. If you authorize "waiting period" then the driver will wait up to 2 hours charging you 40 dollars an hour (Limo's are subject to the hourly rate posted on the rates page). If we do not hear from you after the waiting period, we will attempt to make contact you with, if no contact is made you will get billed for the ride plus the waiting period. Therefore A "No Show" fee is equal to the trip cost plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. If you cannot locate your Driver, Please call the number provided on your confirmation to avoid a "No Show" fee.

 

Cancellations:

 

Luxury Limo's & Town car gives you up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time by phone and 48 hours via email without any charges for Town cars (must call # on your confirmation). For all cancellations that are made within the 24 hour grace period are charged 50% of full price for cancellation. All limousine reservations are subject to a 50% of full price charge of the rate for a cancellation within two weeks of the pickup date. To avoid the "Limo cancellation fee" a call or email must be made to cancel a limo reservation at least 2 full weeks prior to the pickup date.
*Please note that changing the pickup time is not considered as a cancellation if dispatch is notified at least 24 hours prior to pickup by phone.

 

 Credit Card Transactions:

 

We only take an authorization on the card to guarantee funds availability, it will show as (Pending funds) if you check your credit card account statement on-line. The authorization amount “could be” higher than the expected charges just in case if you decide to make some additional stops or change your destination. We will only charge your card on the day of the ride and we can email you the receipt. If you would like the recipt the day of the pickup then we can precharge your card and give you the receipt once we have dropped you off. We request your credit card information even if you choose to pay cash as payment option (in case of damage or cancellation). Clients are obligated to predetermine if they need a receipt before leaving the car or emailed.

 

Damages Resulting From Your Actions:

 

Luxury Limousine & Town Car Service will charge you (as a client) or (as a passenger) the cost of cleaning the vehicle as result of you or your authorized party Getting Sick in the Car. You also agree and acknowledge paying all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition. You also agree to pay for all and any damages TO OUR VEHICLES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOU OR YOUR AUTHORIZED PARTY. REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT OR OTHER THEORIES OF LIABILITY AND ALSO REGARDLESS OF WHETHER Luxury Limousine & Town Car Service WAS GIVEN ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE THAT DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. Including but not limited to burned seats, any technical or mechanical failure to the equipment inside the vehicle, missing items, or any damages to the outside of the vehicle during you or your authorized party accommodations

 

Disputes:

 

Individual accounts and personal profiles, all charges applied to the customer's credit card will be considered correct. Unless we receive a written objection within 30 days from the charge date in writing. Copies of the credit card statement or credit card slips or vouchers should be mailed to:

Along with the credit card slips or vouchers you should provide a brief statement indicating the disputed charges or items that are being disputed. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and none refundable.

Collection Fees:

 

You agree to pay all legal counseling fees, litigation fees, legal fees, costs, accounting fees, expenses and disbursements for all actions taken prior to, during and subsequent to the initiation of legal proceedings to collect payments due in case of non-payment

 

Rates Changes:
Luxury Limousine & Town Car can change the rate book and any of the services, charges, costs, fees and expenses at any time without prior notice.

 

Point To Point Fare:

 

Those are prices calculated based on mileage and zones for luxury cars or Limo’s in Western Washington. Trips traveling farther than 100 miles are subject to $3.00 per mile. Corporate accounts that meet the minimum usage requirements might eligible for special discounts depending on volume. Check with an account sales representative for special pricing on 3 frequent destinations your company requires.

 

Wait Time:

 

30 minutes for domestic (45 minutes International) grace period is allowed following the reported flight arrival time for Inside Pickups only when Meet & Greet Service is requested.

 

A ten 15 minute grace period is granted for all other pick-ups. Waiting time will be charged at 10 minute increments after the grace period for sedans.

 

Stops:

 

Luxury Limousine & Town Car Service charges $10.00 for stops made within the same town. $20.00 for stops made in towns within the route of destination. Some restrictions and special cases may apply. Courtesy stops, such as briefly leaving the vehicle to pick up coffee, a newspaper or to mail a letter, do not incur extra charges. However, if longer stops or multiple stops are made you will be billed stop charges. Picking up additional passengers will also incur stop charges.
FEES: Luxury Limousine & Town Car Service will charge the standard 20% non-negotiable service fee on the total bill for ALL non-corporate clients .This fee includes state and federal taxes as well as credit card deductions and other miscellaneous fees.

 

Holidays Surcharges:

 

Holiday and Severe Weather surcharge may require minimum amount of hours regardless of destination, will be charged to all trips occurring on:

 

New Year's Day

 

Memorial Day

 

Labor Day

 

Christmas Day

 

Fourth of July

 

Thanksgiving Day
